Anna Wathne describes the process that brought the new viewing platform, ‘Per Harald’s Plass’ to its pride of place above the Rosarium at the Arboretum. The platform was designed to safely encircle the stem of one of the large oak trees above the Rosarium, providing a beautiful view of the rose collections with the Fana fjord in the background, while giving improved accessibility for the less mobile. | en_US |
