dc.description.abstract	Oppgaven tar for seg habilitetsspørsmål av kommunalt ansatte når de er politisk engasjerte. Spørsmålet er om deres politiske engasjement i enkelte tilfeller kan føre til inhabilitet i de sakene som behandles. Oppgaven anvender to ulike caser og drøfter ut fra disse.
