dc.description.abstract	I denne oppgaven vurderes det om Bitcoin er regulert av personvernforordningen og om kryptovalutaen i så fall opererer i strid med forordningen som følge av dens manglende evne til å oppfylle brukernes rett til å bli glemt etter GDPR artikkel 17.
dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, it is assessed whether Bitcoin is regulated by the GDPR and if so, whether the cryptocurrency operates in violation of the regulation because of its inability to fulfill the users' right to be forgotten according to GDPR article 17.
