Perceptions of Gender Roles and Academic Satisfaction among University Students. Do Proactive Personality Traits and Work Volition Matter?

Abstract

The current study examined how the association between gender role socialization, a new contextual variable, and academic satisfaction changes in university students with work volition. Additionally, the moderator variable proactive personality was also examined with a new contextual variable.
