Sammendrag
The thesis has the title Single cell analysis of signal transduction in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from healthy donors". Flow cytometry enables complex biochemical signaling networks to be determined in heterogeneous cell populations. The main aim for the thesis has been to establish a robust and reproducible protocol for identification of phosphorylation states in normal hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
