Impact of space weather on the polar atmosphere

Abstract

The impact of the Chemical-Dynamical coulping and the Mansurov effect are examined. Statistical correlations are found for both mechanisms. The possibility of an aliasing effect being responsible for the obtained significance in both cases are explored, with the results sparking for further investigation.
