Motstandskampen i Norge: Fortellingen og den som forteller

Abstract

I denne masteroppgaven undersøkes fire fortellinger fra årene 1945–1950 om den norske motstandskampen under tysk okkupasjon. Hver fortelling analyseres først fra et rent tekstlig perspektiv, og sjangerbestemmes. Deretter trekkes det på kontekst utenfra så vel som forfatternes biografi for å se hvilke nye innsikter det kan gi. Avslutningsvis gjøres en diskursanalyse for å se hvilken fortelling som hadde de beste forutsetningene etablere seg som en grunnfortelling.

In this master thesis four narratives published in the years 1945–1950 concerning the Norwegian resistance during German occupation are analysed. Each are viewed first from a purely textual viewpoint and categorised according to genre. Next, external factors such as the wider context and the biography of the authors are included for additional insights. Finally, a discourse analysis is performed to understand which of the narratives that had an advantage in becoming the master narrative.
