Quantification of fucoidan isolated from Laminaria hyperborea using two different colorimetric assays and qNMR method

Abstract

In this thesis, a colorimetric heparin assay and quantitative NMR (qNMR) are used for fucoidan quantification and compared against an established colorimetric enzymatic L-fucose assay.
