To help students develop strategies for learning how to learn complex information in medical cell biology, a new module based on team working has been suggested in this report. The purpose of working in small groups is to help students develop cooperation skills useful for their future careers. Throughout the course, students will be required to read research papers, explain hypotheses and understand research methods. This process will help students to think like a scientist. In addition, a concrete plan including course contents, learning aims, teaching manners, evaluation forms, a list of reading material and some human diseases related to dysfunction in the specific transport mechanism has been designed by the author.en_US
