dc.description.abstract | This thesis investigates company strategies for recruiting highly skilled internationals to the Sunnhordland region. Exemplified by a case study, the role of the region is investigated as a variable in strategies of recruitment. The thesis also discusses recruitment and labour attachment, and types of labour flexibility in relation to choice of recruitment strategy.
